The Yoruba Tennis Club, Onikan, Lagos, continued its historic Centenary Celebration with a colourful and memorable Cultural Day, held under the theme:
“Our Heritage — Present, Past and the Future.”
The celebration was organised in honour of the Club’s distinguished brother, His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr. Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, CFR, Okukenu IV, Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, in recognition of his contributions to the preservation, promotion and celebration of Yoruba heritage and values.
The Cultural Day brought together members of the Club, distinguished guests, traditional leaders, families and friends in a celebration that beautifully connected the past, present and future of Yoruba culture.
